Came here for a Sunday reset with my family, and the staff welcomed our big group with so much patience and kindness. The drinks were fun and honestly hit for every age from the fruity blends to the matcha. The whole vibe was calm, cute, and inviting. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you want a sweet little outing with family or friends.

Chali Tea Shop is hands down the best boba place in town for me. I like boba milk tea with strong, fragrant tea, creamy milk, and that perfect chewy-but-soft boba texture — this place can delivers. I got the classic milk tea with 50% sweet, and it was nice. The tea is fragrant — tho my psycho self honestly hope it even stronger (lol). The milk is creamy enough. They let you adjust sweetness, ice, and offer plant-based milk too! The shop is super cute, the service was quick, and they even have a bathroom for customers. I also tried the raspberry mousse — fresh, slightly sour, and sweet. Prices are fair for the quality. Totally my go-to boba place now.

Went with a friend and got gardenia milk tea. Has a lot of great options! More than I’ve seen in other places by a mile.

Taste really good. Like very comparable to what I had in China. I’d say best boba I had so far in Cleveland in terms of tea taste. I love how the jasmine fragrant brings out naturally and not artificially like other stores. Hope that the floral fragrance will be more in the drink (personal preference). Maybe consider adding some nut on the whip cream too. Next time I’ll order a bit sweeter because the one I ordered wasn’t too sweet (30%). Which is good in my opinion because drinks here tend to be very sweet

What a delightful little place, with unique decor! There boba tea was delicious, refreshing, and perfectly sweetened! (Also, they have the cutest carryout cups ever!) I love that they claim to use all natural ingredients.

One of the best boba shops I've been to. Boba was great! There's a huge selection of flavors. The space is super cute and there's little trinkets for sale.

Super cute inside, food and drinks were delicious and tastes like it was made fresh! Menu was SO easy to read (was able to choose the sweetness level in my drinks!) Great presentation and lovely workers. Loved the atmosphere like i really wanted to stay and just relax and enjoy my drink and pastery lol. We also found parking in the back. Would love to come again!

This place so cute!! It is warm and inviting, there are so many options, it feels so friendly. There is a good selection of little desserts to go with your drinks, and they let you do whatever you want to your drinks. (In the photos, the bottle is mango milk tea with mango popping jellies, the other is a brown sugar boba tea and both are SO good.) we will definitely be back to support this place.
